Welcome to my world! I am Kal Otis, besides being a college and career coach, I am a dedicated brain development and parenting specialist. I'm passionate about helping parents create everyday opportunities for their children to thrive emotionally, physically, socially, psychologically and spiritually based on the limited opportunities the brain has to offer during each stage and age of development. I’m a proud mom of two and grandma to four beautiful children. With over three decades of experience as a Family Pastor, I have developed a profound passion for empowering parents to raise children who are not only successful but also deeply grounded in their worth and relationships.
My expertise in both scriptures and brain development has allowed me to create innovative and practical parenting tools that enable parents to take cues from each child's unique way of doing things while aligning with the latest research on brain development. I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to like themselves, find purpose, and love God and others around them, and I am committed to helping parents make that a reality.
